Warehouse & Logistics Specialist
Chantilly, VA | Full-time
We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to take ownership of US warehouse operations. This varied role combines logistics, inventory management, shipping, customer support, and occasional equipment repair coordination.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse inventory and stock control.
- Coordinate incoming deliveries and daily FedEx shipments.
- Process customer repairs and perform basic fault diagnosis.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
- Prepare equipment for shipment and support day-to-day operations.
Candidate Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in logistics, warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Experience with shipping and courier services (FedEx preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Electronics or equipment repair experience is a plus.
Salary
- $50-60K base
