Siloxane Chemist – Gas Chromatography R&D

Seeking a Chemist / Scientist for the Research and Development of novel stationary phases used in gas chromatography (GC) columns. If you enjoy collaborative research and new product development please apply now!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize new and existing chromatography stationary phases through silica / silicone / siloxane surface modifications
  • Actively monitor new developments in the field of gas separations
  • Develop and recommend new processes and synthetic strategies
  • Support manufacturing personnel in the transfer, optimization, scale-up, and troubleshooting of new production methods

Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum BSc in Organic Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field
  • Seeking hands on experience utilizing GC instruments with multiple detectors
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with fused silica and/or surface chemistry
  • A collaborative mindset is a must!

Salary:

  • $75-105K annual salary
  • Full benefits (401k + company stocks)
