Senior Scientist – LC/MS (Oligonucleotide Therapeutics)

Greater San Diego

Opportunity for an experienced drug development professional with expertise in LC/MS to join an established pharmaceutical company leading in RNA-targeted therapeutics.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage oligonucleotide therapeutic development projects from early to late stages
  • Coordinate and perform product stability and release testing
  • Design method validations and method transfers
  • Author reports for CMC documentation and regulatory filings
  • Present analytical developments at meetings with both internal and external collaborators

Candidate Qualifications

  • M.S. or PhD in biochemistry / analytical chemistry / a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years industry experience is preferred
  • Expertise in LC/MS analysis of oligonucleotides or small molecules
  • Knowledge of GMP / ICH / FDA requirements and project management


  • $115 – 155K annual base salary + bonus
