Senior Scientist – Chromatography / Purification


Calling all qualified Analytical Chemists with experience in HPLC, UPLC, SFC, and/or LC/MS! We are looking for a technically strong scientist to join a small CRO working on purification, impurity ID, and small mol separations supporting the pharma industry.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop qualitative methods for the separation, purification, and identification of small molecules
  • Analyze samples utilizing HPLC, UPLC, SFC, LC/MS, and other techniques
  • Perform instrument calibration / validation for new methods
  • General maintenance and troubleshooting of instrumentation
  • Record keeping in compliance with regulatory agencies
  • Process data and compile reports for external customers

Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum BSc in Physical Sciences (Analytical background preferred)
  • 3 yrs+ experience with liquid chromatography (HPLC/UPLC)
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of simultaneous projects is a MUST!
  • Communication skills and the desire to work with customers is required
