Scientific Sales – Clinical / Forensic
Greater NYC
Excellent opportunity to join a world leader in analytical chemistry instrumentation as a member of their sales team focused on the Clinical and Forensic markets. You will be given the training and support from a multimillion-dollar corporation to sell a range of products to Clinical and Forensic labs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Sell the entire portfolio of products including chromatography and mass spectrometry instruments and related consumables, services, and software throughout NY, NJ, and VT (most of the business is concentrated in Greater NYC)
- Establish and develop strong relationships with customers
- Identify new leads within clinical and forensic markets in the territory
- Provide reports to Regional Sales Manager and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.S. degree in Chemistry or related field (M.S. or PhD preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience in scientific sales or a related customer-facing role (e.g., applications, sales support, product specialist, etc.)
- Technical background in LC/MS with a desire to enter scientific sales
- Proactive mindset and excellent communication skills
Salary:
- $110-130K base + commission
