Proteomics Scientist (LC/MS)

Wonderful opportunity for a Mass Spectrometrist to work for a highly respected research group developing and validating novel LC/MS methods for clinical oncology. You will be THE point person on all things HRMS (Thermo).

Primary Responsibilities

  • Transfer and validate chromatographic and mass spec methods for use in clinical diagnostics (oncology)
  • Operation and troubleshooting of LC/MS/MS instrumentation for the analysis of biomarkers
  • Process MS data, write reports and present findings with European collaborators

Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum of a MSc degree in Chemistry or related field (PhD preferred)
  • 3+ years working with LC/MS for Proteomics
  • Hands on Thermo mass spec experience (Orbitrap / Q-Exactive) is desired
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with an international team (French language skills are a big plus!)
