Laboratory Instrument Sales

Are you experienced in the sale of scientific instrumentation or consumables and looking for a new challenge? We have a home-based field sales opportunity with a scientific instrumentation provider based in Illinois or Wisconsin. Applications from individuals interested in entering a scientific sales career are also welcome!
Primary Responsibilities
- Promote materials science and energy industry solutions with expert product knowledge and technical proficiency
- Identify potential customers and devise presentation strategies for products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Meet or exceed targeted sales goals
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.S. in a scientific discipline
- Technical sales experience preferred; instrument service and lab backgrounds also relevant
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness and ability to travel (mostly local, some overnight)
Salary:
- Base salary up to 80K + 30-50K commission
- Full benefits package and 401k with match
