Junior Network Specialist – Extensive Americas Travel

An exciting opportunity for an early-career networking professional to join a growing technical team supporting customer sites across North and South America. This role combines hands-on networking support with extensive international travel (50%+).

Primary Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and connected systems
  • Support onsite customer deployments, upgrades, and technical troubleshooting throughout North and South America
  • Work alongside senior engineers on technical projects and installations
  • Provide professional customer support and maintain accurate documentation

Candidate Qualifications

  • Background in IT, Networking, Computer Science, or related field
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and Windows-based environments
  • Preference for candidates with experience supporting:
    • Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
    • Oracle databases
    • Windows Server
    • Windows Desktop environments
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Americas

Salary:

  • $50-60K base
