Inside Sales – Scientific Services

EXCELLENT opportunity to advance your career in scientific sales acting as a player/coach for an international scientific instrumentation company. Tasked with driving the revenue in the instrument service contract business, you will lead all activities to ensure growth targets are met/exceeded.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work with field sales, field service, and take advantage of the internal CRM to leave no customer without a service contract and relevant consumables/accessories for their laboratory equipment
- Manage and potentially grow a team of inside sales specialists
- Work directly with the CEO to ensure the service program is keeping customers happy
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.S. degree in Chemistry or related field OR previous experience selling to Labs
- Some experience supervising/managing an inside sales team would be beneficial
- Position is onsite just outside of New Haven, CT
Salary:
- $60-70K base + 20-40K commission at plan (uncapped)
