Field Sales Manager – Analytical Instrumentation

Are you a technical sales professional with experience in Spectroscopy, Chromatography, and/or Mass Spectrometry (MS)? VRS Recruitment is seeking an Analytical Instrument Sales Manager for a Spectroscopy focused instrument company selling into testing labs. You will be an evangelist for a novel gas-phase tool not commercially available from any other vendors. See below for more details!
Primary Responsibilities
- Promote high end spectroscopy solution for separation, identification, and quantification of isomeric ingredients/impurities.
- Establish and develop strong relationships with Lab Managers in testing labs for commercial products and drug manufacturing
- Identify new market opportunities and focus on Voice of Customer (VOC) work to drive new application development
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences
- 3+ years selling analytical instrumentation, preferably chromatography, mass spectrometry, or spectroscopy related.
- Versatile, dynamic, and proactive personality with a desire to foster long term relationships with customers
- Strong presentation and communication skills
