Account Manager – Service Contracts

Mid-Atlantic Region

We have an exciting opportunity to help grow an established analytical instrument service provider! You will be tasked with increasing sales of service contracts for mass spectrometry and chromatography instrumentation throughout the Mid-Atlantic US (NJ, NYC, PA, DE, MD).

Primary Responsibilities

  • Promote Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry instrumentation service contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Identify potential customers and devise presentation strategies for products
  • Close sales and complete all other sales functions to meet/exceed targets

Candidate Qualifications

  • Technical sales experience (2+ years, ideally service contracts) OR a proven background in instrument repair/service with the desire to enter a career in sales
  • Confident and outgoing personality with the ability to foster long term relationships and uncover new business
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
